Makani Kai has a variety of town homes spread over thirteen acres of manicured garden like property, and nine different floor plans. The units differ in configuration and style. There are the traditional multilevel town homes on the hillside and by the stream in two to four unit buildings. Then we have the single level stacked units by the marina.
